Veterans Administration?

I tried to obtain a hearing aid from the Veterans Administration. I was rejected due to wife's income? She is 77 and I am 79.

    Go to nearest VFW.

Take ALL the paperwork you have, DD214, military records, all correspondence from VA, etc.

They will help you file an appeal or tell you if the VA is right.

The VA has priority levels. The higher your disability rating, the higher your priority rating. Since your wife's income was an issue your disability rating must be pretty low. You either need to put in for a higher rating or have you wife stop working so she makes less money.

Or you can just go out and buy one.
