Erection issues and I am only 40 years old, but i am a diabetic on insulin (20 yrs now)?

this is frustrating. I guess to get hard as a rock!! but now I can't keep an erection and do not know what to do.. I mean sometimes i get rock hard and stay that way, then sometimes I just go right down. I don't know what to do. I tried Cialis and it didn't seem to work. I have been stressed a lot and still have a little stress and i have not been exercising neither. I just wonder what I can do to help me keep an erection so i can please my better half.!!!! Any doctors out there can give me some advice on what to do?

Next time you are the doctor's office have him test your testosterone level. It may be low and testosterone supplements- either the gel or shots, might help. I have diabetes too, and was actually feeling like I had way less stamina and would tire out quick- and was not horny much at all. My T levels were low, and now taking it. Made a big big difference-- horny much more, with great erections as compared to a somewhat weak one before, and more importantly overall, just have loads more energy. Worth checking out.

Apparently nobody ever taught you the value of moderation! You are going at it all wrong. Like there is no tomorrow! You do realize when you have unprotected sex, you are gambling with becoming a Papa long before you planned to be one. Are you two mature enough or financially able to raise a child? You really need to stop & think about what you are doing & have a little consideration of some sort for your future. But, at 15 years of age your hormones are raging from one end of the spectrum to the other & I don't suppose anybody can tell you anything. You know it all. Rotsa Ruck!

Unfortunately, many of the drugs on the market today that are designed to treat various conditions, have side effects that include the degradation of male sexual performance. The most common of these are blood pressure medications, but there are many others.

The good news is that in many cases, there are often (but not always) alternatives to the meds with these side effects. Learn here https://tr.im/BdeJF

If that’s the case, your doctor can prescribe you an alternative to help alleviate the problem.

Contact your doctor about it, I knew a guy who had a similar issue, he started using penis pumps and or genital rings and it it helped him maintain an erection
