Charlotte Ann is classic & lovely!  I prefer Sharlie as a more feminine nickname.
Katherine Ann- Another lovely classic!  Katie is beautiful, I like Kate when she's all grown up.
Olivia Cloann- Olivia is a favorite of mine.  I also like Oliviette for a middle name.  I've never heard of Cloann.  I think I would personally go with Olivia Cerise, Clarice or Claire. 
Juliette Michelle- Juliette is classicly beautiful!  Michelle flows well with it.

Geoffrey Stephen- Sorry, not a fan.
Sean Christopher- Never cared for Sean, Christopher is nice though.
Michael Andrew- Good solid names!
Blake James- Just ok for me.  Blake Jamison would sound better than two short names.
Emmet James- I prefer Emerson James.
All in all you have some great names, May God bless you too!

I really like all of your names except Olivia, Geoffrey, and Emmet.

I feel that your names are very safe and common.    With the middle name ann I would choose something a bit edgier, like Skye, which is Scotch, or Willow.  Cloann is interesting.
