What law enforcement agency has jurisdiction over unorganized/uninhabited U.S territories?
Hypothetically speaking,lets say some one commits a crime somewhere like johston atoll,what agency would be responsible for enforcement of law there and in other uninhabited U.S territories?
My best guess would be the U.S Marshall's,but could also be U.S Coast guard, or U.S Fish and wildlife service (if island is a nature preserve)

I'd agree. Perfect situation for U.S. Marhalls IF they have a presence there. But any branch or agency of federal government would have law enforcement powers.
