What law enforcement agency would enforce U.S law in space?

In the future, when the U.S gov and private enterprises establish settlements on planets in outer space and space stations, would their be U.S Marshall's there to enforce laws?

Update:

@garytoo - no one is talking about "intergalactic cruisers" or any other sci-fi crap, and yes NASA and others have proposed future space exploration.

    Absolutely, the US Marshall.

An off world police force `would have to be formed, and it would have to be an international undertaking. Do you think the US will be the only people in space? Such cooperation is already here, with the International Space Station.

It would probably be the FBI. They are also the law enforcement agency that investigates any incidents in our overseas embassies.
