Need to interview an engineer!?

Hi, I am currently a junior enrolled in a engineering course at my high school. In the course I was asked to interview an engineer in a field that I am interested in. I do not know any engineers in person so I will have to conduct the interview via email. The interview itself is only a few basic questions, and if anyone is willing to take some time to answer them that would be great! Mechanical or civil engineers are preferred, but any other field is also accepted.
