-OH: found in all three types of macromolecule.
-CH3: found in all proteins and lipids, but not in carbohydrates.
-COOH: found in all proteins, rare in lipids and carbohydrates (assuming fatty acids are not yet lipids).
-NH2: found in all proteins, occasionally in lipids, occasionally in carbohydrates (bacteria, fungi, some arthropods)
-SH: found in almost all proteins, but not in lipids or carbohydrates.
-PO4: occasionally in proteins (phosphorylation of serines, tyrosines), found in phospholipids, occasionally in carbohydrates... so this is the only one where you could safely write "No, it's not found in ALL proteins, not found in ALL lipids, and not found in ALL carbohydrates."

alcohols(hydroxyl) , carboxyl (carboxylic acid) and esters are the major functional groups of biomolecules. Therefore I would say sulfuric acid. The functional group R--O--H is called hydroxyl (alcohol) grp.
