what kind of crystal bowl is this?

    This is not crystal, it's actually carnival glass. It's hard to tell from the photograph but it looks like the bottom of a small canister (missing it's lid). The pattern is Harvest Grape and it's made by the Indiana Glass Company. If this is the small canister, it's worth about $10 US without the lid. With the lid, it would be worth twice that. You might be able to find a lid for it on eBay. You might also be able to get the rest of the set over time.

    Because the glass is so beautifully iridescent, these make gorgeous candle holders. You can use a tea light or set a votive in a small tumbler inside of it.
