for those genres you said:
Hardcore: I don't really listen to hardcore.
Heavy Metal: Led Zeppelin if they count as metal. If not, Black Sabbath.
Metalcore: Killswitch Engage. Trivium second. Great bands.
Post Hardcore: At the Drive-In
Screamo: same as hardcore

Not a huge fan of metalcore, but I dig some of Killswitch's stuff.
I've seen all of them except In Flames and Anthrax live. Lamb of God and Chimaira 3 times each.
I've seen Trivium 3 times as well. I like em, but they're not one of my favorites.
