What if all US high schools made a Yoga class mandatory (no grades, just thoughts)?

so they would practice some Yoga and some meditation a little bit each day and then go ahead to their next classes

    a couple of minutes of yoga in at the start of the day, despite the teenagers condemnation of the subject would certainly help freshen up children's minds, wake them up ready for a positive school day. it could be the key to higher grades
