Sorry to be dense but I have only had debit cards?

and now have a credit card that stated I do not need a pin number in order to use the card. Is this true? She said I only need it at ATMs.

Thank you!

If you are in the UK you will need a pin to use your card in shops, unless you specifically requested a card to use with a signature instead.

Never draw cash out at an atm with a credit card; they charge interest from the moment you collect it.

Always pay off the balance in full every month to avoid interest altogether.

none of my credit cards have pin numbers. not needed. and you never want to use a real credit card at an atm ever.

i hope you pay that card fully every month. something is telling me otherwise.
