Regarding non Hodgkin's lymphoma?
I never bothered to ask my doc this cuz it went away but before I was diagnosed I had a constant weird ring in my left ear (usually my left) and it sounded like I could hear the blood pumping or something like that. It's a very hard noise to explain its not like when your ear rings like you heard something high pitched it was different. Anyhow it had gone away by my 3rd out of 6th round now I'm cured and everything but any personal experiences on that? I don't think it was tentanitis because it went away around the same time as the cancer I think it could be related. My question is how

Tinnitus can be temporary or permanent. It is often reported as a side effect of chemotherapy. Mine never went away and I have high pitched ringing all the time.
Feeling/hearing your heart beat/blood pump in one ear is also rather common. It's not related to cancer or treatments.
