On a 2005 Silverado 1500, where is the blower motor resister located?

The blower motor resistor is located on the AC housing below your glovebox on the passenger side. There are several helpful videos on YouTube that provide step-by-step directions. This one is the best one I found: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxWM285eizw
It is important to replace the resistor as soon as you can. These truck are known to catch on fire when the resistor goes bad. (http://www.carcomplaints.com/Chevrolet/Silverado/2... It is pretty simple and is cheap compared to the cost of your truck burning to the ground.
