My dog is misbehaving and shes 1 years old !?
And when shes around strangers she barks at them and she barks at other dogs and she starts growling and barking at the owners and she doesn't listen when you tell her NO! and she snaps at us when we tell her no when shes barking uncontrollably.

You need to consult a qualified reputable dog trainer asap. There are probably several issues that cause or allow your dog to behave this way and unfortunately the dogs handlers is probably one of them. Do this ASAP before this ends badly.

She's a puppy still and she obviously hasn't been socialized or trained well. Instead of yelling at her just remove her from the scene.
Get a good training video or look at youtube to see if you can find ways to stop this behavior.

She's not a people person. She could have behavior problems. You could seek a dog behaviorist in attempt to change her behavior.

sounds to me like she wasn't well socialized. try seeing a trainer to get her socialized and trained properly.
