In which states can someone with a non-teaching Bachelor's Degree find a teaching job?

I know that some states, such as Louisiana, grant provisional teaching licenses to people with Bachelor's degrees in unrelated areas. You just have to show that you are enrolled in a teaching program and find a district to sponsor you. Does anyone else know of states where this is common?

Most all states have a program for people who want to teach but don't have a teaching degree or certification. In Florida it's called the Alternative Certification Program. Check the web site of the Department of Education of the state you're interested in to find the specifications of the program of the state you're interested in.
