Scuba diving in Taiwan or Okinawa?

I want to do the PADI open water diving course and but I need to decide between going to Okinawa or Taiwan to do it.

Any information on what the diving is like in either place, specific dive centres etc. would be much appreciated :-)

    Diving in Okinawa is awesome. That is where I got my PADI certification, and it is still the best diving I have ever had.

    Well okinawa is really beautiful. im not so sure about diving but okinawa has some great beaches.
