UK law on offensive weapons in schools?

So I'm 14 and in my free time carry a legal pocket knife for everyday use. Now at schools in the UK as I understand you can't have any pointed or bladed objects. Well I have a small multi tool that's roughly small enough to go on a key ring and I was wondering if I could modify so I could carry it in my pocket with me to school legally for general small tasks. Not as something to have on my desk or something stupid. But say if on my way to school I got a bottle that required a bottle opener I could use my multi tool. Well I've removed the blade which was about 1.25in long and useless any way and I've blunted the 'saw' completely. But still am unsure given the very vague details the law gives on this. Other features of the tool are a small pair of pliers, a bottle opener and a small small screw driver. All these are blunt and have no blade. My main concern is that the saw (which is effectively a series of blunt grooves) looks potentially theaterning. So in is my tool legal to take to school or should I remote the saw, or is it just a pointless idea I should give up on.

Update:

Kernow Lady I think that you need to perhaps try answer the question rather than stereotyping against younger people who 'know nothing about respect and just want terrorise the world' because most don't. Of course I can do damage with unbladed objects just because I can beat someone to death with my lunch box doesn't mean I'm going to.

Update 2:

I'm not carrying a knife too school an know the law on carrying pocket knives and use them for outdoor activities as well as general use. I would carry a pocket knife with me all the time but I can't legally take any pointed objects into a school. I see pocket knives and multi-tools as tools not as weapons and know that a folding pocket knife wouldn't make a very good weapon anyway. Because I understand that the would 'knife' or 'gun' doesn't mean massacre and murder. People need learn about stuff before they start talking **** based on what they here on tv or in newspapers about children in schools being murdered by bloody paper clips and all the other exaggerated nonsense people are constantly fed by the media.

Only a 14 year old could write this. Anything like that is illegal to take onto school premises. You do not need a sharp blade to do damage to anyone.

Leave it home and stop being a Prat.

For safe measure, I would remove the saw. Other than that, it's perfectly acceptable!

    Just remove the saw.
