YouTube won't stop asking me to?

Use my email address as my username. Every single time I sign in I get this popup begging me to use my email address as my username or to keep my username. I do not want the world knowing my email address, nor do I want to use my real name on YouTube. So my question is, how do I make it stop demanding that I use my email address as my username? It's extremely annoying. Thanks!

    You should click the keep my username and then they wont disturb you. It happened with me so i know.
