    Medals simply award someone for a deed or time served. Not something to sniff at or belittle.

    although People need to find worth within themselves and stop looking for others to prop them up.

    Medals show the worth of an action or actions the individual took.

    Worth of an individual is much more complex and less easily measured, and generally takes at least a lifetime to see.

    No nothing people are unpredictable they might show they did something " good " but they can snap and medals will mean squat.
