hi

suppose someone is going to visit your office. one of your friends is accompanying him. you ask the person that is accompanying him to arrange things in a way that he arrives late. to be late in order to get ready or organize things , etc

how do you say this sentence in English?

    Well, you just described it to us in english, but i am assuming you mean an easier way to say it.

    you can ask say: Delay your arrival until (time) so i can get ready or you can also say it as: Do your best to stall him until (time) so I can get ready.
