How to deal with pain from over exercising/walking?

I got in a fight at home and took a long walk to calm down. I ended up walking for 15 miles without thinking. I'm finally back home but I'm in a quite a bit of pain, my left hip is the worst every time I step I feel a sharp pinching feeling in my butt/hip area. both of my legs and ankles ache and my feet are covered in blisters cause I was wearing sandals.

Suggestions?

    Soak in a hot Epsom salts bath for 15 minutes, then go treat yourself to a nice, relaxing massage from a skilled therapist.

    15 miles? Lol well if yur out of shape it will take a few days before its back to normal. Idk anything else other than waiting it out. Id say to sleep more than usual cause the muscles repair faster when asleep. That's what I do when I get really sore.
