I know the largest NY attendance was Memorial Day (May 30,1938), 83,000 saw a DH between the Yankees and Red Sox.

When the Dodgers moved to LA, they drew over 90,000 for each of 3 World Series Games in 1959 in the LA Coliseum, and in May of that year, they played an exhibition game vs. the Yankees to honor Roy Campanella, and they drew over 99,000.

The Colorado Rockies played their first two seasons (1993-94) in Mile High Stadium. Their first home opener, 09-April-1993, drew a crowd of 80,227.

The Dodgers won the NL pennant in 1959, and hosted Games 3, 4, and 5 of the World Series in their temporary LA Coliseum home, with G5 drawing the biggest crowd with 92,706, still the postseason record. (G3 drew 92,394, while G4 had 92,650.)
