I see a new setup on my answers today and I wonder...?
Why can't we add to answers we've already given, if we think of something else?
Why can't we go back to that last question asked that we skipped because the wouldn't think of anything then?
I've often scrolled back to questions I'd answered an hour ago, just to see what other had said about it. Can't we do that?
I do NOT see ANYTHING to press that will LET me edit an answer. How can you still edit? I HAVE seen it done be others.

I don't see anything different. You should be able to click the My Activity tab at the top of the Answers homepage. Then click the answers tab to see your previous answers. You can still edit your original answer.
Maybe try clearing your browser cache (FF, Chrome) or temporary internet files (IE) if the Yahoo Answers page isn't loading correctly.
