Problem with "Save As" menu?
I've been having trouble with my "save as" menu on my computer. It doesn't seem to be limited to one program or file type, since I can't save both Microsoft Word documents or images from Photoshop.
When the dialogue box comes up, everything inside of it is blank. There is just the "save as" bar at the top. Nothing inside, not even a file location or anything.

I have been having some trouble with viruses, but this is rather bizarre. I've tried running a virus/malware scanner and restarting my computer, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what's going on or how to fix it?

That is very strange. It looks like it is most likely is due to a virus. Viruses can come undetected and your firmware might not be strong enough to detect this king of virus.
I would suggest getting an IT person to come out and check out your computer.
Sorry I couldn't give you much hands on help, it is a bizarre issue and I have never dealt with this kind of problem.
