I found a hurt chipmunk help?
He was most likely hurt by my cat. I cant see blood or a mark on him but he is wet because it rained. He didn't move when I saw him but will move a little in his box I put him in . There is food and water and nesting material with him. And I put a heating pad on one side of the box because he was cold. How can I save the little guy?

As in food do not feed him food us humans eat.. feed him what they eat in the wild such as nuts, little pieces of fruits and veggies, etc.
Just let him rest and don't constantly be bothering him by touching him or hovering over the box
He may just be hurt and not moving a lot because he is not used to his new environment
After a while let him back outside
Hope this helps

I think you should make a playpen outside so he is familiar with the surroundings and give him natural foods, but maybe take him to a vet? They could help.
