what the cheapest sporting goods/gun store store in San Diego,CA?

Big Shot, Turners Outdoorsman, Poway Weapons and Gear, and big 5 for .22's. Turners has good sales and but Big Shot and PW&G generally has good prices. There are a lot more gun shops further south but the furthest south I go is Miramar. Another good gun shop to look at in north county is Direct Action Solution in Solana Beach. It's not the cheapest in fact it's quite the opposite until they do their ammo specials but it's a nice place to window shop.
