    To eat a balanced meal; regular healthy meals; cut down on fat, sugar and salt; detox/fast (drinking plenty of plain clear water/fruit juice); eat moderately and slowly; drink in sips/have a drink available with every meal; stop drinkng alcohol/smoking; eat more natural foods; walk for 30 minutes 5 days a week (it can be done for shorter at first; then built up as your body gets used to it); press-ups. This advice should also benefit you in many other ways, too.
