Why did Yahoo ruin the answers interface?

It really is a mystery as to WHY they did it exactly....some say it was to make Y!A look like the rest of the Yahoo! websites.

But I'll have you know, a very SMALL portion of the users have it, so they are testing their code. It has not been officially released, as no one on the other English speaking Y!A websites have it, nor do I, even though i'm in the united states.
