¿Voy a renovar pasaporte estoy separada y en el anterior figuro casada, que digo? casada o soltera?

me piden sentencia de divorcio? no la tengo, es mejor que diga casada te piden libreta de casamiento? alguien que sepa

    Si estás casada debes tener la libreta de casamiento,y si estás divorciada el comprobante de divorcio, el estado de separada no existe para la ley.

    Mientras no tengas el acta de divorcio ante la ley sigues casada.
