Help me with Sims 3 Pets setup?
I just got it today. I already installed both the base game and Pets. I tried to launch the game and this is what i get "Setup cannot continue because programs associated with The Sims 3 are currently running. Please stop these applications before attempting to run The Sims 3 Pets setup."
What can i do from here?

Sometimes a game will run in the background even if you've already tried to close it. There are three things you can try:
1: Restart your computer.
2: If that doesn't work, hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE and open the task manager. Go to the 'Processes' tab and look for the program 'Sims3Launcher' or anything that says 'Sims3". Right click it and hit 'End Process'.
3: If you can't find the program running in the task manager and you are still getting the same error, some installation files may have been corrupted. Re installing your game (Starting with the base game) may be your only option at this point.
