help do i need to go to the er?

So I just came from outside I was taking a jog and I came back home and went in the the bathroom to relive myself then all of a sudden I started to itch and my throat glands started to swell along with my eat glands and there is this small bump on the right side of my neck, and I am itching and barely can I breathe, it happened so fast, i don't know if this is serious enough for er I don't want to go and the the doctor says its nothing

Update:

I meant ear glands and I can breathe but it feels like I have something stuck in my throat or I'm.being choked

    If you can't breath you should seek immediate help!

    No clue what eat glands are but if you can't breath then go to the er. You need air to survive stop writing and go!!!
