how can we fill a class action suit for taxes paid to run the fed and they decide to do a shut down to prove some kind of point?????????

Don't waste your efforts. It won't work and you would never get a class action suit such as this registered anyway. If you really wanted to do it the whole thing would cost you tens of thousands in legal fees.

It's doubtful the suit would be allowed to proceed. In the meantime, just be glad the government will shut down. They can't do us any harm when they're not in the offices. I wish that even state offices that use federal funding would shut down, too.
