    1. How much money do you earn? If you don't make at least $2,000 a month, you can't support yourself.

    2. How many grades have you skipped and have you ever gotten less than an A?

    3. How many teachers/coaches/parents do you have who will attest that you have the emotional maturity of an adult?

Let me answer these for you -

    1. I don't have a job nor any means of support, nor do I have a clue as to what it costs to support myself.

    2. I have never skipped a grade, and my grades are not very good.

    3. None, because actually I have the maturity of a 13 year old and that is why I am whining about this now.

Sorry kiddo - you are not remotely close to being a candidate for emancipation. For starters, if MO even allows it, you have to be 16.

You have to be at least 16 years old, able to support yourself, and mentally mature enough to live on your own. Which based on your rants, you have neither. You are 13 years old and you want your parents to pay more attention to you? Try finding some friends to hang out with, or find an activity to participate in!

To be emancipated, you need to prove that you are capable of surviving on your own, holding a job and a place to live. At 13 you cannot do those things.

How will you pay rent? (not living in your best friends closet)
