My balance sheet wont balance

Here is what I took from

Prepaid Insurance-- 280 Asset

Office Equipment---30680n Asset

Accumulated Depreciation of Office Equipment--(14650) Asset that is subtracted

A/P--825 Liability

Unearned Fees--650 Liability

Wages Payable--500 Liability

Capital Stock 5000 Equity

Retained Earnings---24000 Equity

Dividends ---6200 Equity

Fees Earned---63000

My final numbers are Total Assets 47735 and Total Liabilities and Equity 37175

I did not include fees earned and expenses that are not listed here because those are on the income statement

Please Help
