My new Shiba puppy won't stop eating his paws!?
Is this ok to do? He's 10 weeks old and he eats and chews on his paws an awful lot. Is this ok to do, or should I stop this habit?

Actually excessive chewing of the feet is a classic sign of food related allergies. I know it is hard to find special puppy foods, by try to find one with no wheat, corn or other grains. If it continues, try to find one that has fish as the protein source. I have a dog that was diagnosed with food related allergies at about 3 months old, and he has had issues with food every since. I have had a lot of success with fish protein and limited ingredient diet.

It the Shiba Inu is eating his paws to the point where they bleed or until the point hair comes off, it's likely this poor puppy has allergies and needs treatment. Paw biting and constant scratching is a hallmark of "allergies".
Get the puppy to the Vet for a check-up. The pup may be having an allergic reaction to something.

No, this isn't okay.
He may be teething. Make sure he has lots of doggy chew toys and rawhides available.
