scared my 14 year old daughter is pregnant-sexually assaulted?
yesterday my daughter was sexually assaulted by another student in her 4th period class in high school. from what the detectives stated she was penetrated half way in and believe he didn't ejaculate.she took the morning after pill less than 8 hours after the incident but the doctor stated that the pill will make her have her period and its been 30 hours and no period..i am a single dad and just looking for some answers thank you..
thanks to everyone for your opinions. its been the hardest day of my life. the boy that did this is a 15 year old minor that the detectives said has so many rights and they cant do anything until the investigation is complete. i tried to understand what the dr said about the m a pill but i had so much on my mind..thank all of you for your insight and time

The morning after pill takes around a week to three weeks to actually cause a woman to get her period again, there isn't going to be any changes only 30 hours after it. Try to stay calm and I'm so sorry that your daughter experienced this, but you need to be patient and see what happens. Since it was taken so soon it should work, so try not to stress too much. I hope the boy is punished severely for what happened!

Minor or not that 15 year old needs to face some kind of legal consequence for what he did...Being a minor isn't an excuse to act like a maniac...Anyway as long as Plan B has been taken up to 72 hours after any kind of unprotected sexual penetration then your daughter should be find. The pill would not cause her to get her period until after a week but chances are given the amount of time she took the pill she shouldn't & most likely won't be pregnant.

She took the pill she will get her period a week from when she took it im so sorry that happen to your daughter he should go to prison she will get her period just letting you know she will get 2 periods in one month so dont be worried when she does.

The guy should be in prison.. that is called rape because he penetrated her. didn't she scream or anything? that is sad.. you must relax for her sake though and support her. whatever happens in the end, best of luck to you both.
