Don't bother trying to figure out anything in Washington.
Most of it all really has nothing to do with the best interests of the voters. Of the people. Most of anything government wise in that state is like having a hooker for a girlfriend without knowing that she is one. Who was she with last night? Is she cheating on me? I want to marry her one day.
Don't believe me?
Pick up a blank sheet of paper and in one sentence every day, summarize what you saw on the news. Keep a log. After a while look back at it all. You'll find a pattern. Then, research just who owns the news that you watch.
It's all one big lie there's no point in even bothering with any of it. Even the ones who are supposed to protect your freedom are corrupt.
It's all one big charade so forget about it all.
Go back to the life that they want you to have.
The life of a submissive, HAPPY, ignorant, and blind citizen.
Money feels so much better in their hands when we are all like this.

Well the ratification process couldn't include Congress since it wasn't formed yet. And it was the State legislatures that did ratify the Constitution.
