Can they fix my eyes, I see far away thing perfectly but not things near my face?

I have 20/13 vision with both eyes, this means I can see things from 20 feet which most people can only see at 13 feet. This is exceptionally good vision however I need reading glasses for small print. Can modern eye specialists fix this and if they can, what are the risks?

    No.

If you had your natural lens surgically replaced with an artificial lens, yes, but no surgeon will do this just so that you don't have to wear reading glasses. The risk is too high, and there's a good chance that your distance vision won't be as good.

I'm guessing that you are young. Laser surgery could reshape your lens, which would allow you to see far and near, but when you get into your 40's, you would still need reading glasses. This surgery would also have risks that you would not see as well in the distance as you do now.
