If someone created a video sharing website similar to Youtube, but with better design and simplicity, how would they get it off the ground and build an audience?
How would they get content on the site when it starts (obviously to get users to sign up for accounts there would already have to be videos on the site).

LOTS OF ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!! That is the only way to get people to your site. You can even advertise on social networks in the side bar or just simply post the link on your wall and have everyone post away.
Also somehow if you can, tell me what the name will be and when it will probably be up. Thanks.
