Which word sounds better in the sentence?

"in the jail bob is currently incarcerated AT..." or "In the jail Bob is currently incarcerated IN..." or any other word you think fits better?

Update:

Edit: this is the sentence I have right now "He effectively produces a sense of shame within the clergymen by using examples of policemen abusing their power in the jail King is currently incarcerated in (Denying food for singing grace). " so yeah same question!
