You could just format your flash drive.
Here's how you do that.

Anti-Malware can't find it, you just have to find in your own.. you know, manually.
Start off with the start menu.
type "folder option".
click view.
unchecked "Hide extension operating system files" then lick yes.
Make sure that the USB drive is connected.
* you can now see some hidden files in your USB rather than 1kb shortcuts programs. You can delete the shortcuts if you want BUT if it still reappear after the deletion, you have to find the cause of it.*
If you have find the "krqvsfjxld.vbs" script file. Please DELETE IT. That the cause of the the malicious action on your USB.
*In my suspicion, it because its a script file so the anti-virus can't find it.*
After that you can now delete the 1k shortcuts in the USB, just remember don't delete the hidden files.
Now the virus is gone BUT the files are still HIDDEN!!!
so you have to take the second step:
click start again.
type "cmd".
click the cmd program.
then type "(Local Disk letter):" this may seems tricky, just locate what local disk letter is your USB. For exmaple, my local disk letter for the USB is "U" so just type "U:" then click enter.
remember to place a colon (:) after the letter and the letter is non-capital.
if you notice your (Local Disk letter) for the USB drive in the left side of the screen before the blinking cursor, your doing it right.
after that type this:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d u:\*.*
Note: I just use the "u" as an example, used your local disk drive of the USB
If nothing error happen, then you done it well. You can now look to your (unhide USB files)
And in addition:
There is a chance that the script file is still in your PC so follow this:
Open windows task manager.
click process.
find "wnscrip.exe" then click End Procces.
*you just have to end procces it for a while then re-run it afterwards. Because if you don't end it now you can't find the script file/ and it will not be deleted*
then click start.
type "regedit".
on regedit click on Computer then Alt F to find.
on the sreach bar type teh script file "krqvsfjxld.vbs".
when you see it try to find the script name on the Left Side in the regedit. It acts like a folder.
If you find it, delete it..
Then try to run the wnscrip.exe and uncheck the unhide option in Folder Options.
Source(s): This ahppen to me too, it took me several hours to find the solution to it, I don't what to re-format it either. After some random action I found out this script file is the cause. - 7 years ago
This type issue could be caused by a USB virus. It will spread to all of your USB memory devices and hard disk.
Here is a tool to remove the virus and vaccinate your USB against further viruses.
Download UsbFix (created by El Desaparecido) on your desktop.
http://en.kioskea.net/download/download-24089-usbf...
If your antivirus gives an alert, ignore it and temporarily deactivate the antivirus.
Plug in your usb devices (Flash drive, pen drive. External HD etc...) don't open them.
Double click sur UsbFix.exe.
Click on deletion
.
Let the tool work.

Hey,
I recommend to clean up the register in order to improve your pc performances and get rid of malwares. A good program you can use is CCleaner http://j.mp/UrAEfO
I strongly recommend it.
