How can i lose weight the fastest? (HELP)?
So i use to be a 5'2 , 125 pound Freshman, I use to have a slightly detailed six-pack. Now i'm a 5'11, 205 pound 18 year old . I've been wanting to lose weight. I always ate sweets but now i want to lose all my fat. Then after replace it with muscle. So i will be going to buy a gym membership this week but i want to know how many times a week should i go?
For how many hours? And how long till i see myself back in shape or atleast skinnier? MY GOAL IS TO WEIGH AROUND 160lbs. Please Help!!
(By the way i was talking about Freshman in HS not college)

This is what we do and only a suggestion:
Morning Star) product name)
rime burgers/Veggie burgers/Chicken veggie 3 for the day
3 egg whites
2 ounces raw almonds unsalted
2 ounces raw oatmeal with honey raw
3 pieces of fruit
start this regiment at you first break from your work
eat like the almonds 1 burger
then the egg whites with a piece of fruit
oatmeal with fruit or burger
burger with fruit
you should be eating like 4 to 6 times in a 12 hour work day
you liquid should be Ice Tea or soy/almond mild or 2 % milk
for dinner you have like fish and pasta or spaghetti
then a fruit for snack later that evening
b4 dinner you do your kettlebell workout with Rick
I put it in a cooled lunch box everyday
For a work out plan you can afford 5 -6 days a week
we lose weight, gain endurance and feel better.
Once a week we go off the plan and splurge but remember NO FAST FOODS except subway healthy sandwiches
Don't forget to drink water as much as you like during the day, add lemon' fruits etc

Okay so when it comes to any type of weight loss, contrary to popular belives (ill post links to studies below) simple cardio isnt the most effective. By simple cardio i mean, running/biking/swimming etc at the same pace for a prolonged period of time.
The most effective way is a mixture of HIIT (High Intesity Interval Training) strenght/weight training and proper healthy nutrition.
Nutrition:
So when it comes to nutrition, even though you might think, i want to loose weight so ill need to eat less, no thats not right. Its important to eat reguarly and on set times as consistent as possible. Eating often and on the same time will keep your metabolism high, help repair your muscles after training, and help with weight loss.
Not eating reguarly and eating small amounts of food will lead to your body going into survival mode, trying to store fat reserves and in the end using your muscles as fuel.
So you should eat 3 big meals (breafkast lunch and Dinner) with snacks inbetween and then one after dinner, so 3 snacks as well (Email me for tips on healthy snacks and meals:))
Excersice:
Form a plan (this i can also help you with if you want), a mix of some interval training (HIIT) and some strenght training, or weight training if you have acces to a gym, which you dont really need.
Now i see many ppl in the gym only focusing on the parts of the body they want to "Improve" this is horrybly wrong, not only can this lead to injury as you creat a imbalance in your bodies muscles, forcing some to compensate which leads to injury, but it also wont even have the best effect for what you are trying to achieve.
When you excersice, especially if its to loose weight, you want to incorerate yout WHOLE body, by activating all the muscles in your body, you will greatly increase your metabolism, which in turn will ofc help out with loosing weight, especially the big muscle groups.
Now depending on the intensity and dedication, in both exercise and nutrition, you will achiever your goal at different speeds

Go every day! For about an hour. 10 minutes to warm up and 10 minutes to stretch and cool down doesn’t count towards the hour.
Drink lots of water, no sugar, lots of salad and vegetables no carbs if you can or if you can’t then non after 12pm
Get one of the PT’s to write a program for you.

You can cut the weight, you just need to eat right and workout right. Pick a program (Workout & Diet) and follow it all the way through. If you are working hard and eating right you should lose the weight quickly. I suggested a few sites below that can help in your process of losing weight. Check out:

Post workout everyone feels ravenous and it’s all to easy to grab naughty treats. So keep healthy options for example beef jerky, almonds, walnuts and dried apricots as part of your bag and your car for just a well done nibble afterwards.
