I rented out this 2 room apartment to a girl and since then  she has let me see her nude a lot of different times.  She walks in and out of the rooms with no clothes on.  She doesn't make any eye contact. 
If I have someone over she might come out naked like she did one time.

I grew up in a Nudist Colony where it was nothing to see people walking around naked. When I moved away it was quite an adjustment when I found that society doesn't approve of naked people.

Maybe she had a similar upbringing, and is having trouble adjusting, or doesn't want to adjust.
