Pain in my toe? What is the treatment?

I had this problem since three months ago when i was working out. Now, whenever I jump i felt a sudden jolt in my toe. My toe did not turn blue, swollen, red....etc etc. It looks normal. I can't bend my toe too much compare to my other toe.

My friend told me that i should use some ice to relieve it and wrap it with hot damp towel when I sleep. Is this true?

Yeah. Use ice at the time of injury, and heat to relieve pain. Ice keeps enzymes in place when you're first hurt, slows down circulation and reduces swelling and eases pain. Heat increased bloodflow and reduces swelling after the initial injury.

Amputation is the only option because these are signs of a daemon possessing you.
