Call your county mental health agency. They have psychiatrists (medication) and psychologists (therapy) available on a sliding scale based on ability to pay. Google your state and county name and mental health and see what pops up. This is your county mental health resource.

call your local human services in the county in which you reside. They can steer you in the right direction.
