How to plant P.Somniferum?
I have black cloud, r. rhodeas and hens and chickens. i sowed them 1/4 inch deep in a starter kit which didn't work so im going to give indoor growing a chance. im going to use some CFL's. How do you guys recommend i plant these seeds?

Growing poppies indoors is a bad idea... planting them in starter trays is a bad idea.
They're a cool season annual, and generally do well in my area with an autumn sowing, and up north, they should be planted as soon as soil can be worked. Both methods satisfy cold stratification requirements.
One more thing... don't cover the seeds...

Growing opium poppies in the basement is, appropriately, a pipe dream. Since you don't WANT to be told no, I wont.
