I am feeling weird today?

So yesterday I had a headache and I was hearing music that was not really there. It was some kind of long high note that sounded like a mix of the natural, the flat, and the sharp. It also sounded like a female voice. Today I am just feeling weird, like I am not really here. I also lost my headphones that I am pretty sure I carried into one class and did not put it in my backpack. I just went back but there was nothing. The headphones were also with a purple pencil that I picked up at the end of class, just did not reallize there where no headphones at that moment. Btw, I am a 17 year old.
