What can you tell me about the marines.?
Answer from experience please otherwise state so. I want to join this branch of military but I need to know some things. My main questions is if you need to pay rent, food or utilities? Also I would like to know if you make any money? I am joining so I'd want to know these things.

The Marines just like all branches, pay you on the 1st and the 15th of every month. Your pay depends on your rank, time in service and sometimes certain jobs get paid more than others. You can live in the barracks and pay no rent or utilities. If you are looking to get rich, the military won't really do it. You have to learn how to budget your money, wisely. Don't blow it on stupid things you don't need. It's stable income and a rewarding job though.
