Looking for a place to rent?

Looking for resources information on locating places to rent. Or any tips on looking we haven't needed o look in over 15 years and we just don't know where to start.

    All my places I've lived as an adult have been on Craigslist. They're all rooms in houses w/ full house privileges, minimum deposit, etc. They're all very easy to find...I've always secured a place within a week. Since it's "under the table," the rent is MUCH lower than anything you'd find in a real "apartment." If you're looking for a whole house to rent, I'd recommend this too.

    If you're only looking for an apartment, that's a little harder. They often conduct background/credit checks, charge a huge deposit, etc. But they're easy to find online, in "Apartment Finder" magazines, etc.
