Does God help in times of need?

In my opinion he is trader and a backstabber! He says when you are weary I shall carry you. When you can hold on no long he says he's there. But he's not. I have trusted him to many times and he has let me down. People say God heals and helps all, he doesn't.... Look at this world, disease poverty, starvation! We good people try our best and hardest to help those in need, but does he help? Does he even give a damn anymore! He' has taken nearly everything I hold dear to me! I trusted him, he was the only one I thought I could.... But, I was wrong... Despite how much he continues to push me down, I still am able to get up. But its not because of him, I have my strength my pride. He' hasn't helped me, my mother said he did. I'm not sure if that is true or not. From what I know and how I feel and think. He will continue to take everything I love from me until the finial day of my death. He is a trader and a backstabber, trust him and you will be hurt like I have. I don't want that to happen to anyone. Oh just fyi, That Song by Nicklback "how you remind me is the best song to describe him." I do recommend it, I think its a good song

The abrahamic/biblical concept of god is NOT correct. Instead, this is the truth:
